We have searched for the most meaningful ideas, and partnered with crafters, independent designers and amazing businesses to provide you a one stop destination for all your gifting needs. We are committed to maintaining the crafter and ‘’GIVER’’ confidence and trust, and to protect any personal information provided online, we offer the Basic confidentiality policy which is that all personal information, such as name, postal and email address or telephone number, is private and confidential. Accordingly, the personal information is accessible only by the project founder, and is used only for the purposes for which the information is provided.
Our payment channels are secure too ! We accept only Paypal, the most secure payment Gateway out there, Paypal has an amazing buyer protection policy that guarantees your money back in case the product is damaged or if it doesn’t arrive in the period we promised.

SHIPPING

Yes, we do ! There’s also a shipping rate for worldwide orders, so you’ll never need to worry about paying more for shipping based on where you live or how much you’ve bought! How Amazing!

We make every attempt to deliver your gifts to you as quickly as possible. Factors including where each person in the gifting chain is located, and the item availability.
In general, all orders are shipped out via UPS MAIL within 1-3 working days, and will usually arrive at USA and CANADA 1-3 working days, Australia 3-6 working days. To destinations anywhere else in the galaxy, it usually takes about 10 working days, but this is just a rough estimate and can be affected by things such as holidays, international customs procedures and the weather. Oops and now Covid-19 !

Definitely, when your new goodies are shipped you’ll receive a tracking number and order confirmation by email!

Drop me an email to contact.emaalem@gmail.com and we’ll get this sorted, we don’t accept returns, in case the product is lost or damaged, you will receive another item. keep in mind in case of damage, the customer has to contact us within 3 days of receiving the package.
